Where are practices held?

Practices are held locally at through Baltimore County Recreation and Parks Fields, GOALS, and other indoor facilities.

How are teams organized?

Teams are organized by graduation year (school grade level). While teams are primarily grade-based, some tournaments have age restrictions that may require adjustments in roster placement.

My child plays other sports. Is that okay?

Absolutely! However, during the Spring season, lacrosse needs to be their priority sport. We ask players to fully commit to their team, practices, and tournaments.

Can my player play up or down a grade?

Players generally remain with their graduating class team. The only exception is the youngest age group, where players may be invited to play up based on skill and roster needs. After the first year, younger teams will be evaluated and divided into appropriate age groups.

What are the costs for the 2026–2027 season?

Player fees range from $650 to $1,200, depending on team, league placement, number of players, tournament schedule, and overall team commitments. Deposit of $450 due upon acceptance of invitation to the team. Remaining balance due in the Fall.

What is the refund policy?

Once a player commits to Ville after tryouts, that roster spot is reserved specifically for them.

Ville operates as a non-profit, pay-to-play club, meaning player fees are used directly to cover team expenses such as tournaments, field time, equipment, and program operations. Because of this structure, we budget and plan based on committed roster spots.

Refunds are only issued if a replacement player fills the vacated roster spot. Until that spot is filled, the club remains responsible for the committed expenses associated with that player.

What happens if I decide to leave the program?

If a player chooses to leave the program after committing, the same refund policy applies. The program will make reasonable efforts to fill the open roster spot. If a replacement is secured, a refund (or partial refund depending on timing and expenses already incurred) may be issued.

What if something changes?

The information on this page may change throughout the year due to scheduling, staffing, league updates, team needs, or other factors. Coaches will determine each team’s specific plan for the season. General program updates will be shared by VILLE, while specific team updates may only come directly from your coach. This page reflects the most current information available at this time.
